Patch 10.9.3 - Kijo Summoner

Defenders, this is the last skin drop before the Shaman release sometime on November, as announced on the 10.9.0 patch notes. We'll be having a update to the Shaman beta test during this week to add some of the towers, so stay tuned for that!

General Changes
- Made Sky City drop the Spooky Propeller Cat for the rest of October
Balance Changes
- Reduced Lover's Paradise Siege Mechs Ruthless Number of Drops from 5 to 4
- Added 1.05 multiplier to hero boost on Apprentice
- Made Hermit's Thorn Shot projectiles not a random spread
- Made all swords upgradable to 100% blocking, from 1/5th of swords
Bug Fixes
- Removed invincibility from Mischief on Nightmare and under Temple of Polybius when the Harbinger spawns
- Improved facial hair socket on Initiate and and Legendary Monk skin. Will need to adjust the mouth flower on those skins for a later patch
- Fixed Eye Patch position on Samurai Guardian and Forest Fairy Warden
