Dungeonbound Item Update v0.1.18

louidev

Dungeonboundv0.1.18 Patch notes:

Items

- New item look

- Value pills with icons on every piece. A piece with no trigger shows its strongest stats. Ammo, charges, mana and durability now sit as dots on the piece.

- New mechanic: timed items. They fire on their own clock (every few seconds) instead of the trigger sweep. Charge speeds them up, Slow and Stun hold them back. A green line rises through the piece as it charges.

- Six timed items: Metronome Pendant, Hourglass Band, Pendulum Mace, Tidewatch Helm, Stormglass Charm, Ember Clock

- Status icons are now clean cutouts everywhere (pills, avatar, HUD).

- Related-piece and tag highlights only light up on your own loadout, after a short hover. Both pills and highlights can be turned off in Options > Display.

- Fusion foil effect toned down.

- Fusion forge closes itself shortly after the hybrid lands.

Campaign

- Loadout space unlocks a whole row at a time.

- Veteran's Notch now gives +2 Attack per level.

- Winning a fight with no loot moves on by itself.

Roguelite and leaderboards

- Click a name on the Deadliest Rivals board to inspect that player's hero, stats, relics and full board.

- Leaderboards share one carved frame and format big numbers.

- The wheel of fortune drops in like the forge.

- Rival boards load far faster (smaller payloads, server-side caching).

Interface

- Speed shows the seconds between attacks, like "15 (2.3s)".

- Rival kill counts use short number formatting.

Performance and fixes

- Battle frame cost cut by about a third. Hub draw calls down to a quarter.

- Forge history no longer bloats saves (saves about 4x smaller).

- Fixed the bag scrolling back to the top after a drop.

- Fixed a one-frame stacked grid flicker when swapping gear.
