Farever Shop Info and Update

Hey Farseekers!

As we continue supporting the growth of Farever with new content, features, and ongoing performance improvements, we are getting ready to test the opening of the Farever shop, where you will find purchasable cosmetic items, helping us further support the development of the game.

The Farever shop is now available on the Public Test Branch, with a first set of items. Purchases made on the Public Test Branch will make the items available in your collections on all live servers you’re playing on.

How the Shop Works

To access the shop, you can go to the menu by pressing “escape” and checking the “Shop” option. Here you will have different tabs for the different sets.

Here you will find unique mounts, pets, gliders, and, in the future, more cool-looking cosmetics . These items are optional and do not have any gameplay impact or give any advantage to players who purchase them (except looking great).

Once purchased, these items directly join your Collection tab . They are accessible for all of your characters across regions and cannot be traded away.

Shop items can be purchased using Spark Coins , a separate currency available in packs directly in the same Shop. We are currently testing this feature in the Public Test Branch. You can already test it yourself, as all purchases done in the PTR will be available directly to you in the live version as well !

To join the Public Test Branch:

• Right-click on Farever in your Steam Library
• Select Properties → Betas
• Choose the “Public Beta Branch”

The Farever Shop will grow alongside the game, helping support ongoing development and server maintenance, without taking priority over new updates, quality-of-life features, or performance improvements.

New set in the shop - Lizhazard Bundle

In the shop, you can currently find the Lizhazard Bundle . It contains all the elements you can expect in future sets for the shop. A glider, a pet, and a mount.

Here they are:

• Lizhazard Kodog - Kodogs are a clever cross between a large lizard and a dog. They are incredibly affectionate but can change their mood in a matter of seconds. When they shed, they leave enough skin and fur behind to accidentally duplicate themselves.
• Lizhazard Saladmander - The dorsal fur of Lizhazard Saladmanders blooms in the fall and sometimes bursts into flames during mating displays. Some careless males have even ended up charred to a crisp on nights of passionate love.
• Lizhazard Thunderhawk - Contrary to what their name might suggest, Thunderhawks have nothing in common with either thunder or hawks. They can glide but not fly, and they are terrified of bad weather. Biologists are sometimes seized by a creative frenzy when it comes to naming creatures.

The previous Early Access Bundle is still available for free in the shop, and will remain until the end of early access! New cosmetic items will be updated in the shop alongside updates to the game in the future.
