Begin the quest "The Man in Black" by speaking to Kipih Jakkya in Ul’dah, Steps of Nald (X:8.5 Y:9.7).
* Players must be level 50 and above to start the quest. * Players must have completed the main scenario quest “The Ultimate Weapon.”
