Camera, First-Person Animation and Online Replay Update
This update focuses on camera options, first-person hand visibility, online replays and multiplayer performance.
- Stable Camera is now the default: New players start with Stable Camera. Dynamic Camera remains available in Settings, and existing camera preferences are preserved. Both options use the same gameplay rules.
- Fixed missing hands during practice: Addressed an issue where shooting arms could disappear after returning to practice from the Controls menu.
- Improved first-person dunk framing: Adjusted camera positioning and transitions to make hand movement and rim contact easier to see. This applies to both camera options.
- Improved online scoring replays: Updated automatic replay handling for non-host players, along with transitions between replays, pause menus and gameplay.
- Reduced multiplayer processing overhead: Removed some repeated foot-placement calculations while keeping full animations and collisions.
Occasional camera jolts and interruptions to online controls still need further investigation. Reports describing what you were doing when a problem occurred are welcome.
Please make sure everyone is running the same game version before playing online.
