Hey Runners! Hope you guys are doing well. Just passing by with a quick update to let you know that we have just pushed an urgent hotfix to address a critical launch issue.
We received reports that several new players were getting stuck on a black screen when attempting to boot up the game for the first time. Our team jumped on this immediately, identified the root cause, and deployed a fix so everyone can jump straight into the action without friction! We are so sorry for the inconvenience this caused those of you trying to jump in for your first run!
