yoo, got another patch for yall on this fine day today.
This patch adds a new dynamic fishing insturctions guide, bait-line level recommendation tips, boat pushing, and more.
Additions
- Added a new dynamic fishing tutorial that tells you exactly when to hold and release your interact button to catch fish (people be struggling out here). Simply click the “Enable Guide” button while in the lobby or do the tutorial to activate it
- Added new ui in the tacklebox to inform players what line level is recommended for each tier of bait. Recommended line level based on bait rarity will become visible as you discover each tier of bait. This means that by default you won't see each tier and its recommended line level
- Added new logic to the boat that detects invalid rotations and corrects them. If you drive your boat on land, simply push it back into the water and it will correct itself
- Added the ability to push the boat if it gets stuck on land
- Added a light in the lobby screen so you can see your characters in the dark
- Added the ability for clients to also reset the boat (the button is in the escape menu at the bottom right)
- Updated localization
Changes
- Using the unstuck button no longer drops your bait
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where the text for difficulty on a save game slot would overlap with the “Difficulty” text making it difficult to read
- Fixed a bug where the boat would temporarily go underwater then become unusable
- Fixed a bug with the boat where resetting it would not override the “occupied” state meaning the boat would reset but it might still think someone is piloting the boat and therefore could not be driven
- Fixed a bug where some items when dropped one the boat would cause the boat to go full tweek
- Fixed a performance bug that could cause the game to use alot of memory (ram)
