Patch 0.2.4 Language support. Small Improvements & Fixes

This update focuses on added languages, usability, UI improvements, and a few balance tweaks.
Changes
Language Support
Added language support to the game. This feature is still early in development and will be improved over time. Translations were generated using AI and may not always be perfect.
If you spot any badly translated text, please let me know and I'll gladly fix it!
UI & Controls
Improved controller support across the UI. Added back button support to more UI screens. Added an option to disable the automatic level-up popup . Added a HUD scale slider for better screen customization.
Gameplay & Balance
Increased the viability of Luck , making it a more impactful stat.
Fixes
Fixed issues with tavern filters not working correctly. Attempted a fix for wandering enemies during the Purge the Zone objective.
