Improved Accessibility, Expanded Tutorial and Help View

Over the last few updates, I focused on improving game accessibility.
Expanded Tutorial: Updated the onboarding steps to better explain core systems and early-game progression:
New Help View: Added a dedicated help section featuring short video clips that demonstrate key mechanics in action:
Additional Tooltips: Added comprehensive tooltips across the UI to clarify context-specific actions, values and system requirements.
These changes are live in the current build. If you have feedback on the tutorial or tooltips, feel free to share it in the Steam Community Hub or on Discord.
