Maze Creep!!

Maze Creep Version 1.2

Bosskiller Studios

Version 1.2 has finally released! The game has a new trailer to celebrate!

I'll outline the major changes before getting into the more detailed changelog:

Combat Expansion

Combat capabilities have been vastly expanded. Tons of melee weapons, grenades, and crossbows have been added, allowing for you to kill stuff with more than just the revolver and the brick. One enemy that was previously unkillable can now die. Grenades make the toughest enemies in the game actually possible to kill in normal gameplay. A new subgoal has been added to test your combat skills! The tutorial has been overhauled to include a combat portion!

In addition, an extra inventory slot will make combat tools fit much more cozily in the inventory, and new player animations make combat feel more involved!

Haunt Mode

When you die, you'll find in addition to tighter spectating, you can now enter Haunt Mode to play as a ghost! You can flicker the lights, send messages through the crystal ball, and more! You can use these abilities to annoy your friends or to aid them if you are creative enough! It's also simply a more fun way to watch the game.

Outdoor Locations

The game's environmental variety has expanded massively with the addition of new outdoor locations, including two outdoor mazes! Some of these locations are what you'd expect, some are much stranger. There are some new indoor locations as well, for those of you worried I would theme my update instead of adding all the random junk I want.

Custom Mode Overhaul

The game's custom mode has been massively overhauled. The amount of settings have been roughly doubled, and are leveraged in a reworked Nightmare mode that is now so hard it is funny instead of so unfun it is funny, as well as a new lower difficulty Party mode. There might be enough settings to create entire custom game modes now.

Alright, here's the full changelog:
