What to Expect in Patch 0.5.0 – Coming Soon

Hey everyone!

I'm already really excited about the upcoming Patch 0.5.0, and of course I wanted to share the latest development progress with you.

I'm currently in the testing phase for the new features, while also working on several bug fixes and improvements. As always, I've also been listening closely to your feedback and wishes.

One of the biggest new features coming with Patch 0.5.0 will be a small Scenario / Map Editor.

With this editor, you'll be able to create your own scenarios and then play them both in Host Games and on Dedicated Servers.

At launch, the editor will already include up to 500 placeable objects, including:

• Buildings • Small props and decorations • Blueprint systems such as spawners • Vehicles • and much more

Scenario / Map Editor.

The editor will continue to be expanded and improved with every future patch. Patch 0.5.0 is only the beginning. Based on your feedback, new features will be added and more placeable objects will be introduced with upcoming updates.

Another major feature is the Map Marker System.

The current system still has a few issues, which is why Patch 0.5.0 will introduce a completely new and significantly expanded version.

Among other things, you'll be able to:

• Place normal waypoints • Place multiple markers on the map at the same time • Delete individual markers • Name your own markers and add notes • See a death marker for as long as your corpse still exists • Permanently save your markers

Map Marker System.

This means that when you leave the game and return later, your saved markers will still be visible on the map.

Another frequently requested feature from the community was for dinosaurs to form small groups or herds more often.

I've been working on that as well.

So in the future, you may no longer encounter just a single Raptor — you could suddenly run into an entire group of 4 to 7 Raptors.

Of course, alongside these major features, I'm also working on many more improvements, bug fixes, and smaller additions.

As soon as testing is complete and everything is running stable, I plan to release Patch 0.5.0.

And of course, there are still a few more things I've been working on that I haven't mentioned yet.

All I'll say is: Let yourself be surprised.
