MOGGED: Looksmaxx or Die

MAX AURA UPDATE

Sigma Labs

We read all 275 of your reviews. We agree, and we locked in.

30 reviews said MOGGED was confusing, and our new tutorial didn't fix it. 13 didn't like the tone. 12 said it ran badly.

One review said they'd rather watch two stray dogs go at it.

So this update is all about fixing the vibe, making the game easy to learn, and mogging:

  • TRASHED the tutorial for a BRAND NEW WALKTHROUGH that shows you one step at a time, from your first party to the lab
  • MOGGING as a core feature, everywhere
  • Most MONSTERS are GONE: SLAYER chads hunt the house instead
  • A TONE adjustment: less crude, and a brighter, livelier party
  • A new Blood and Gore setting
  • FACE CALL your friends
  • YOUR OWN character in other players' games
  • Runs faster: about 5 more FPS on the same PC (the most in your flat and the frat house), and quicker loading
  • So much more. Seriously, check out the list below.

Walk up to anyone at the party and stare them down. Mog a sub3 and they might drop an item. Get mogged and you lose aura.

Most of the monsters are GONE. Tall SLAYER chads hunt the house now, with hammers, derma rollers, or a mog that drains your aura. Listen for them in the next room, and mew to make them back off. The few monsters left now wear human heads, mostly sit locked up in the lab, and challenge you to a mog battle first.

Post your character to Community Figures. If players vote it up, it shows up in everyone's games with its name over its head.

The frat is COMPLETELY REDESIGNED, with 5 floors, each with its own look and real windows, from upstairs floor 2 down to a brutal basement -2. Floor 1 is the calm one, with every light on and no Slayers. And the party is finally alive, with all new guests who dance, play beer pong and do their own thing.

Looksmaxxing goes deeper too. Every run starts with zits, your gym gear really builds you up, your hair keeps your style as it grows, and on night 2 the Walkthrough takes you into the lab to make your first peptides.

Days are longer (about 20 minutes, up from 13), and the bouncer no longer shoots you at 5 AM. Voice chat lag is fixed, plus a long list of other bugs and improvements.

Things are heavily TONE ADJUSTED. There's way LESS senseless slapping, yelling, laughing and grunting, and fewer traps that feel impossible. The elevator only crashes once in a while now, and it means something when it does.

If MOGGED didn't click for you at launch, grab your friends and give it one more night. The Walkthrough shows up for you too, even if you played before.

As always, we'd love to see you in our growing Discord, where you can give feedback and meet new friends looking to play: discord.gg/J69q2EuAS

Thank you. Stay tuned for so much more!

PLAY MOGGED NOW!

Full list of changes

Easier to learn

  • The old tutorial is gone. New players now learn as they play, with a Walkthrough in the top corner for their first 3 nights and the lab. It shows one step at a time, and each player has their own. Press H to fold it away. When you finish it, it tells you so and points you to what to go for next.
  • At the frat, white arrows on the floor lead you to an item you can only sell, then an item you can use, then a chud to mog, then back to the lift, out the door and to your car. In the yard, they follow the road. There's always a chud waiting for you. You always win, and he always drops an item.
  • On your second night, the Walkthrough takes you down to the lab one small step at a time: read the note, grab the key, find the door, and read the code note and the whiteboard on your way to the mixer. Then make and test 3 peptides, one at a time. Rings show what goes in the mixer, the second peptide teaches the fire extinguisher, and lab chads stay away until you're done. Then take the syringes home and list one for sale. On the ChadBay and FDA steps, the laptop outlines what to click next.
  • While the host is on the Walkthrough, time stops at the frat until they've found the items and mogged the chud, for up to 15 minutes. There's no mirror in the frat while anyone in your crew is on the Walkthrough.
  • If your phone is down, the Walkthrough has you raise it before you charge it. When your crew shops together, one person paying counts for everyone. When it says to use your looksmaxxing items, the pockets that hold one get a yellow marker.
  • New players also get a NEXT line in the top corner that tells you what to do and what you're working toward. Press X to hide it. It turns itself off later, or you can switch it in Settings.
  • The pact you read on day 1 now says when it ends: once everyone is 10/10. How to Play and the note you see on first launch say it too: the only aim is to reach 10/10, so don't fall behind your quota.
  • The laptop forum has a new pinned thread, Stuck? Read This. It answers how to lose fat, how to get past your genetic limit, how peptides work, what score Chad is and why shop prices rise. It says it plainly: you need a high quality item to go past 8 or 9, and each chemical can only raise your limit once.
  • A few one-time explainer cards: your first ride down the frat lift shows how the house and its floors work, and your first ride to any floor but 1 warns you about Slayers. Your first mog win tells you wins can drop items, your first aura item explains what raises and lowers aura, and the first time the Walkthrough has you raise your phone, it shows how to face call your crew.
  • More one-time cards: when your pockets first fill up, one tells you a pullup bar on ChadBay gives you more slots. The first time your quota goes up, one tells you. After your first looksmaxxing item, one explains the quota and the way to reach 10/10. The card about finding every lab chemical now comes up once you find your first 3.
  • In the last 5 minutes before 5 AM, GET LOOT HOME, a skull and a countdown flash red at the top of the screen until you're home.
  • A new player's first save now starts on COPE. Saves after that start on NORMIE. You can still change it in the lobby.
  • The laptop now always clicks with the left mouse button. It used to stop clicking if you'd rebound your Grab key.
  • Clicking a button while setting a key no longer binds that key to left click and moves Grab somewhere else.
  • On day 1, your car parks right next to the frat on every difficulty.
  • Your car no longer gets towed in week 1. On the first morning of week 2, Frat Security texts you that cars get towed at 2 AM every night.
  • You can call the taxi again after it leaves. It used to only come once a night.
  • The big text each morning shows how many days are left on your quota instead of the day number. When it says X DAYS LEFT, the quota mark on your LOOKS card shows up and flashes red.
  • When your quota pops up, a big Space button appears under it. Press it to close the quota, or it'll close on its own after 5 seconds. The quota ticks as it climbs, faster and higher as it goes, and plays a warning sound instead of a cash register.
  • The yellow waypoint ring is much dimmer when something's in the way. In the frat, if the target is behind a shut door, the ring sits on the door first. In the lab, the ring for the way home sits on the exit door.
  • The bug report now asks first if you're stuck or outside the map. Send it and you can teleport back in right away.

Mogging

  • You can now mog people. Walk up to a partygoer of your own sex and press R to Attempt Mog, or get too close and they might call you out first. Your stats get read out one at a time, and each one moves your aura up or down. Win and you flex, get full aura, and they may drop a looksmaxxing item. Lose and you drop some aura, and they might run off with one of your items. On Brutal, a loss can take your last bit of aura. If you're standing on a vantage point, you always win.
  • Everyone nearby gets the full show: a phonk track, who took each stat, and MOGGED over the loser. Each stat knocks the loser back, and you feel it on your screen. Only the winner flexes, at the end. When it's over, big text shows how much aura changed hands and whether an item dropped. If an enemy hits either of you mid-mog, it's called off. After a mog with a partygoer, the whole crew has to wait a minute before starting another.
  • You can mog your friends too. Press R on them and you'll both play it out. The loser drops to almost no aura.
  • New challenge room when you play with friends: a guy blocks the door, and only one of you can mog him to get through.
  • MaxMart shoppers can be mogged as well. They never drop or take items.
  • Partygoers will sometimes call each other out and mog each other.
  • When you get close to someone, their tier now shows over their head, like LTN or TRUE ADAM.
  • Top Mog has 3 new boards: NPCs Mogged, Highest Mog, and Players Mogged. Players Mogged shows which Community Figures have mogged the most players.
  • Community Figures now show how many players each figure has mogged and attacked, and you can sort by Most Mogs or Most Attacks. There's also a search box and a ME + FRIENDS filter for finding your own figures and your friends'.

Runs faster

  • The game starts faster and places load faster.
  • Mirrors only redraw while you can see them, so the flat and the frat house run faster.
  • The frat house runs faster: it no longer draws the sky hidden behind its walls.
  • The frat yard runs faster: only the street lamps closest to you cast shadows.
  • The main menu and the flat run faster: the forest outside the windows is cheaper to draw.
  • Menus run at up to 60 frames per second, so your PC stays cooler and quieter while one is open.

Slayers, not monsters

  • Most of the monsters are gone. Tall chads hunt the frat house now, with hammers, derma rollers, or a mog that takes your aura. Some have names, like Richard, Patrick and GIGACHAD.
  • Werewolves and tall monsters now have human heads. Two are locked in lab cells and one is in the lab bathroom. Late at night, one may show up in the frat yard or on floor -2. They challenge you to a mog battle first, even the ones behind bars.
  • The Doctor is gone too. In the lab, chads in lab coats chase you with syringes. They have to be right next to you to jab you, and they walk away after so you can get back up. Each shot puts you to sleep, and you don't wake up from the third.
  • Chads with hammers walk off after each hit, so you can get up and run. Chads with hammers, derma rollers and syringes run a bit slower inside the frat house, so sprinting can get you away.
  • The chad who mogs you wanders the house and starts a mog battle when he sees you. You walk slowly while it lasts, and if you get far enough away you escape. When he wins a stat he swells up and his eyes flare. If he mogs you to death, the screen flashes how bad it was, from TERRAMOGGED to OMNIMOGGED, and names him.
  • Slayers make a sound every so often, so you can tell which one is in the next room: hammer knocks, a roller click, chest slaps or a glove snap.
  • Mewing works on Slayers: they stop swinging while you mew, and if you keep it up for 2 seconds they leave you alone for a while. On COPE or in the Walkthrough, when one comes for you, the Next tip says to mew or marks a nearby vantage point.
  • Slayers switch to an uglier crewmate mid chase.
  • At night a man with a hammer can run out of the woods at you.
  • Your screen goes black and white only when Richard sees you, not when any enemy does.

Fairer nights

  • Floor 1 is now the peaceful floor. Pick another floor if you want the danger (and the loot).
  • The bouncer no longer shoots you at 5 AM. Instead the screen goes black and tells you what happened. With a crew, you get a group chat with a selfie from each player.
  • The day 1 bouncer zoom-in only plays when you can actually see his face, and never on your way out. He turns his head to look at you smoothly now instead of snapping.
  • Time passes slower. A full day now lasts about 20 minutes, up from about 13.
  • Leaving for the frat before 5 PM skips the clock to 5 PM. Before the party, time at home stops at 7:30 AM instead of noon, and time stops at MaxMart while your whole crew is in the store. Once your crew leaves for the party, time keeps going all night. These stops don't happen in Freeplay or on Brutal.
  • Far fewer locked doors in the frat: at most 2 a night, down from 5, and some nights none.
  • People no longer stand frozen next to open doors in the frat. They walk around the door now.
  • Frat rooms now have soft lighting, so the corners aren't pitch black. The yard is lit by soft blue moonlight at night instead of being pitch black.
  • The Drake 12 shotgun on ChadBay now costs $1200, down from $2000. It only kills in one shot up close. From farther away it takes a few shells.
  • New games have a shotgun next to the lab mixer, and MaxMart has a pistol on the shelf every day, loaded with 15 bullets. You hold guns with your own hands now instead of black gloves.
  • A falling barbell in the frat really hits you now. It takes half your aura and knocks you down, but it can't kill you. A partygoer runs over and stands it back up.
  • The elevator only breaks once in a while now. When it does, it drops you on a random basement floor instead of the one you picked.
  • The mystery room waits until week 2 to appear and never shows up on floor 1.

A real party

  • The party's louder in the right ways. The music inside is much louder, and crowd chatter is louder. People laugh, scream and grunt a lot less, players only sometimes cry out when knocked down, and slapped people only sometimes make a sound. You only hear slaps when you're close.
  • Party guests no longer slap you for carrying loot or opening cupboards. The group of chads that slaps you shows up much less, and never on floor 1.
  • Party people no longer stand and point at whoever looks worst, or circle the ugliest player to stare and laugh. The guys by the front door no longer turn to watch you.
  • There's an actual party now. Music rooms have guys and girls dancing together in a ring. Guests do their own thing: scrolling their phones, flexing, doing pushups, checking themselves out in the mirror, or wandering over to another group.
  • More little scenes around the house: a wide guy framemogging a skinny guy, a guy flexing in the hallway while his friend takes photos, and some nights a short chud standing on the furniture.
  • Beer pong on the frat lawn. Grab a ping pong ball and sink it in a cup for extra aura.
  • Party guests now look like the people in the framed pictures: fit, in party clothes, some in shades. Everyone dresses for a college party now, so no more suits or ties, and most chads keep their shirts on. Girls are never out in just a bra or a bikini top.
  • Nobody smokes inside anymore. Guests drink more beer instead, and now and then someone smokes out on the lawn.
  • The frat party is bigger, with groups closer together, and fewer guests turn into Mewers late at night.
  • You now walk right through people, same as your crew. No more getting stuck or shaking when someone bumps into you.
  • Party guests no longer walk away from you and back into you over and over. If you're standing in their spot, they wait for you to move.
  • Walking into people no longer makes a slap sound or a grunt.
  • Press E on a beer spill to clean it up. It's gone for the whole crew.
  • From 2 AM the lights go out one room at a time. By 5 AM the whole house is dark.

Play with your crew

  • At the frat, your locked phone is now a live video call with your crew. Whoever spoke last fills the screen. Players who aren't your Steam friends show blurred, and when someone dies their screen switches to Disconnected. Press J to save a screenshot of the call to your camera roll. Press Tab to use your phone as normal.
  • Voice chat no longer lags. Your crew used to sound up to a second behind.
  • New Voice Activation End Delay setting under Audio, which controls how long your mic stays open after you stop talking.
  • Other players can now see you hold your phone up in front of your face, and it follows where you look.
  • Press Alt with your phone out to bring it up close so the screen's easy to read. Press Alt again to move it back.
  • New Community Looks slider in the lobby, right above START. It goes from 0% to 100% (default 30%) and controls how many people you meet look like the top Community Figures. Mewers always look like one, and about 1 in 3 MaxMart shoppers do too. Anyone who looks like a Community Figure has their name and a small face icon over their head.
  • Joining is sturdier. A short internet cut no longer stops friends from joining or rejoining your crew. When a join fails, it says why in plain words: the crew is gone, the host needs to update, or a firewall, antivirus or VPN is blocking Steam.
  • If a new update comes out while you host, the game tells you, since friends on the new version can't join until you update.
  • The host now picks cheats in the lobby before the game starts. Nobody can turn them on or off mid run. The crew list shows a CHEATS tag on crews that have them on.
  • When you're bleeding out and a teammate could still revive you, hold Space to give up.
  • When a player leaves the game, the shotgun and other items they held or put down stay where they were instead of vanishing.
  • To report a player you now have to write what happened.

Looksmaxxing

  • Every run now starts with zits on your face. Tretinoin clears them, makeup hides them until morning, and a shower every day keeps them from coming back.
  • Your hair is now the style you picked all run, and it grows longer as it improves. No more switching to other cuts like the curly afro.
  • Gym gear in your flat works when you use it: do pull-ups, run, bench, weigh in, drink a shake or take a shot, and that perk is yours until 5 AM. Once a day, each one also builds you up: pull-ups and the bench add frame and muscle, the scale takes off fat, a shake adds muscle and a shot does both.
  • The weight bench in the frat house TV room works just like the one you can buy, even if your crew doesn't own one. The pull-up bar always goes up at a height you can hang from.
  • Put food in the blender and blend it. Each thing you put in makes one shake.
  • Looksmaxxing items show 0 to 3 stars. More stars make a stronger peptide, and the peptide shows them too.
  • In new games, the chemicals are on the lab shelves instead of by the mixer. The food and items by the mixer make 3 peptides.
  • If the FDA recalls your peptide, the fine now depends on the side effect you hid. The worse it is, the bigger the fine.
  • A score of 8.5 now counts as Chad, so a crew stuck at 8.5 can book the Le Fort III.
  • In Freeplay, the Le Fort III no longer kills you. The crew wakes up as a perfect 10 and keeps playing.
  • Two new T-shirts to win: beat the game as a boy for the FOID shirt, or as a girl for the CHUD shirt.
  • While you mew, a close-up of your face shows in the bottom right, with your silent steps and your looks going up.
  • The best peptide foods at MaxMart (S tier) are heavy now. Carrying one slows you down a lot, and you can only toss it a short way. Use a shopping cart to haul them.
  • The shine from sea salt spray and tretinoin wears off after a day.
  • When you rank up, you look down at your hands as they close into fists and shake.

The frat, rebuilt

  • The frat elevator now has 4 floors: 2, 1, -1 and -2. Floor 1 is the easy one, with every light on and no Slayers, only a Mewer late at night. The armed bouncer, the mirror copy, and barbell and ring light traps stay off it too. Floors 2 and -1 are harder and open on day 2. Floor -2 is the hardest and opens in week 2.
  • The lift is now on the ground floor at the end of the hall instead of upstairs over the front door, and the party sign points to it. A warm light over the doors shows the way, replacing the old green and pink lights. A small screen over the buttons shows more dollar signs and skulls for harder floors, and the call button says "Elevator in use, please wait" while it's busy.
  • Every floor feels different now. The harder the floor, the fewer rooms have their lights on, and every floor except 1 has some flickering lights. Floors 1 and 2 have clean wallpaper, covered pits, and windows that look out from higher up. The basement floors have torn, peeling wallpaper, open pits, dead bodies, and windows that look out at dirt. The basement room only shows up on -2.
  • Frat windows now show the real yard outside, with trees, a dirt road and cars, instead of black glass. It gets dark at night and light during the day.
  • Look out a frat window and you'll see the rest of the house (brick walls, windows and roof) instead of empty yard. Near a window you'll hear birds, crickets and wind, with more wind on floor 2. The basement floors are silent.
  • Some nights you'll find boxes of shotgun shells in frat drawers.
  • The framed pictures in the frat and your apartment, the corkboard in the frat lobby, and the posters on the frat walls now show the game's own people and gear. The corkboard notes are easier to read too. A new Real Photos setting brings back the real photos in the frames.
  • The bathroom has one big mirror over the two sinks now, with the lamps above it turned on.
  • The frat gate now opens in the middle and swings out toward the street.
  • Take the last item out of a half-open drawer or cabinet and it now opens all the way and stays open.

Home, phone and world

  • Your phone no longer pops up by itself for posts, news or other notifications. They wait on your lock screen as one short line, like "New Post".
  • News on the phone is now just the headline and a picture. Headlines no longer talk about the lab, an infestation or a zombie outbreak.
  • Mewstagram posts are written in plainer words.
  • The key list on the left is easier to see, and TAB to open your phone now shows there instead of at the bottom of the phone.
  • A new pile of boxed beauty gear shows up outside the frat each day to match the news.
  • On day 1, Becky texts you back herself again. She wants you to be a Chad again and sends a photo of the guy she thinks is so handsome.
  • The lab on your front door wheel now has a warning sign. It's orange, and turns red when two or more enemies are down there.
  • Lab doors that can be opened now have a lamp over them.
  • The phone charger in your flat glows a soft blue underneath.
  • Stock trading has a -10 button next to the +10 button.
  • MaxMart fridge doors and freezer lids open now, and the milk, meat, ice cream and frozen food inside are real groceries you can grab and buy.
  • You can pick up the note at the frat yard crime scene and read it.
  • The car and door icon for leaving now sits lower on the screen.
  • Read more on the menu's news card now opens our website inside Steam, in your language.

Character, settings and language

  • In Chinese, Japanese and Korean, head bob now starts off. You can turn it on in Settings.
  • Watching a friend after you die no longer makes people feel sick. The camera stays steady and only turns when you move the mouse.
  • Most guys are lean and slim now, you too. About 1 in 10 people you meet are still buff, and HGH still makes you big. Lean is on by default in Edit Character: from MTN up, your body is dry and shredded, with visible abs. You can turn it off.
  • New players start with a look picked from Community Figures, in a black SLAYER tee. A new character in the menu mirror looks Chadlite instead of MTN.
  • New names in Edit Character: Chad and Tristan as first names, and stein as a last name.
  • The Mandibular Angle slider goes much lower. The jaw corner can now sit level with the chin.
  • Only the Chud face has a beard now. True Adam and the other good faces no longer show one, even when you switch presets.
  • Saving a character preset no longer gives you a new random name, and saving over one keeps its name.
  • Edit Character shows a small spinning ring in the top right when it saves your changes.
  • New Blood and Gore setting with None, Minimal and High. Pick it on the first screen or in Settings. Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and German start on Minimal.
  • New players now pick their language first, on a plain black screen before anything else.
  • Chinese, Japanese and Korean: the Walkthrough, key prompts and first tips now say mog, mew and looksmaxx in plain words.
  • If your game isn't in English, people only speak their English voice lines when Subtitles is on.
  • Fixed some translations that were much ruder than the English.
  • In Korean, Chinese and Japanese, the LOOKS word no longer sits on top of your rank after you rank up.
  • Mexican Tren is now called Bootleg Tren.
  • Some names changed in Edit Character and on the NT scale: Start tiny, Skin tone, and Weirdo.
  • The laptop's CDC bookmark is now a Clinic bookmark for bonedoc.clinic.

More fixes

  • Sound no longer cuts out for the rest of the night after a sudden loud blast, or after a rare glitch with a body.
  • Fixed your mouse buttons sometimes not working anymore after you slapped someone.
  • Typing in chat no longer triggers in-game actions. A C or G in your message used to make you dance or drop what you were holding. Opening chat mid jump no longer leaves you stuck in the air.
  • Dying in solo ends the night again. You can no longer go back out the same night.
  • The game no longer fills your disk with old face pictures. It keeps a small amount and clears the rest on launch.
  • Stealing from MaxMart to sell on ChadBay no longer makes free money. If you can't pay the fine, the police take the stolen goods back, and you can't use stolen things before they fine you.
  • Eat MaxMart food without paying and the police now come in the front door, cuff you and walk you out. The screen then shows ARRESTED and your fine.
  • The MOGRIL sample at the crime scene no longer goes missing on day 2 if you stayed in the frat yard until 5 AM.
  • Dragging a body is smoother, especially for players who aren't the host.
  • The item in your hands now turns green when it'll come with you, instead of showing a green copy trailing next to it.
  • The host can now see the beer, drink or food in a friend's hand while they eat or drink. It used to look empty.
  • The beer in a crewmate's hand no longer turns into an empty black bottle when they lift it to drink.
  • Werewolves can now be hit where you see them. Shots used to miss their head and back while they crawled.
  • The tall monster has his skin and clothes back. He's no longer all black.
  • When the tall monster grabs someone by the ankle, their body no longer whips around wildly.
  • The elevator ride sound is loud enough to hear now and plays every time.
  • Fixed an item in your MaxMart cart sometimes staying behind when you pushed the cart away.
  • You can only wear one shirt at a time now. Take yours off first.
  • Taking your shirt off no longer flashes it and leaves it on.
  • Puffer jackets, hoodies and high collars no longer show holes in your neck.
  • In multiplayer, players who picked Start tiny no longer get a shrunken head with a gap at the neck.
  • Turning fast with your phone up no longer twists your arm behind your back.
  • Shoulder and chest skin no longer pokes out through shirts when you raise or cross your arms.
  • Using an item with the hammer in your hand no longer shows a second hammer floating in front of you.

  • Playing solo, your phone battery no longer drains while the game is paused.
  • At a high Field of View, sea salt spray no longer goes right into your face.
  • A morning photo thrown on the floor no longer turns solid pink, and the morning photos can no longer get stuck on the laptop.
  • The red rental car no longer gets a yellow ring when you haven't rented it.
  • The stock market amount box now shows the amount you'll actually buy or sell when you come back to the page.
  • MaxMart is no longer too bright inside on Chud graphics.
  • If you get stuck in a wall, end up outside the walls or fall out of the map at home, the game now puts you back.
  • If you fall out of the frat house, the game no longer drops you back over the same hole again and again.
  • In the frat lobby, the game no longer keeps snapping you back to the spot you're standing on.
  • Climbing up a ledge no longer gets you stuck in the ceiling.
  • After you get knocked down, like by the taxi, you no longer get up inside the ground or under a parked car.
  • A bad peptide no longer throws you into the ceiling, and a banked revive no longer wakes you up at the bottom of a pit.
  • If you get stuck inside a lab fume hood, you get put back on the floor in front of it.
  • Esc now gets you off the frat cameras, and so does the Stuck? menu.
  • Shooting a frat door that's standing open now breaks it, just like a shut one.
  • Playing alone, the front door at home no longer stops working after you die at the party.
  • If your crew loses the fire extinguisher, a new one waits in the lab where the first one was.
  • Syringes left on the lab mixer's plate slide over into a neat row when the next batch is done, so batches no longer land on top of each other.
  • Open gates, cabinet doors and drawers in the lab no longer vanish at the edge of the screen. The desk drawers in the lab office open the right way and can be shut again.
  • On slow PCs, the main menu no longer opens with no buttons and a drifting camera.
  • In fullscreen and borderless, the mouse no longer slides onto a second monitor while a menu is open.
  • On Intel graphics cards, shiny things no longer flash a blinding white glow.
  • Names with some emoji in them no longer break the text they show up in.
  • The black bar over the eyes no longer looks foggy.
  • The morning birds at the flat sound like they're outside the window, not in the room.
  • One hidden achievement couldn't be earned. Now it can.
  • Mystery Meat shows a picture in your pocket, the Potato Bag at MaxMart is spelled right, and the Korean flag in the language list is the right way up.

Removed

  • The red target at the top of your screen is gone.
  • You can no longer hide in bathtubs.

  • Took out the dancing skull on the death screen.
  • Took out the humming sound in the frat yard.
  • Took out a wall sign in the frat living room.
  • The yellow Backrooms wallpaper is gone from the frat house.
