Major Update 1.30: Play as a Photographer & Share the Stadium
Update 1.30 brings a whole new perspective to Motion Soccer PRO: capture the action as a pitchside photographer, share the same match with friends across the stadium, and try out a new toy in the stands.
New playable role: Photographer
Ever wanted to experience a match from the press area? Now you can. Grab your camera, find your spot beside the pitch, and capture the shot that could make tomorrow's front page.
- A real camera in your hands. Start with a 60–300mm lens and build your kit match by match. Use huge telephoto lenses to capture the action at the far end of the pitch, wide-angle lenses for celebrations, teleconverters, a monopod, and increasingly fast camera bodies capable of shooting up to 30 frames per second. Shoot in automatic mode or switch to manual and take control of aperture and shutter speed.
- Every photo counts. Your shots are scored the way an editor would judge them: focus, framing, and above all, timing. The instant a boot strikes the ball, an impossible save, a goalscorer's roar... Quality and timing matter more than the number of photos you take.
- Your editor is in your earpiece. "I want number 10 on the ball." "Get me the celebration." Complete assignments before the opportunity slips away and climb the live leaderboard as you compete with the other photographers beside the pitch.
- Your photo on the front page. At the end of the match, choose your best shots and see how they would look on the front page of tomorrow's newspaper. Take the best photo of the match and the front page is yours. You can also use your own photos on player cards.
- Get closer to the action in VR. Raise the camera to your eye and look straight through the viewfinder, turn the zoom ring with your other hand, and swap lenses using the bag at your feet. On PC, you play with the mouse; on mobile, you can aim by physically moving your phone.
Expanded multiplayer: Room for the whole stadium
Until now, refereeing multiplayer was limited to two people: a referee and an assistant referee. With Update 1.30, a single online match can bring your whole group of friends together, each taking on their own role and experiencing the very same match at the same time.
- 1 main referee with the whistle, the cards, and the final say.
- 2 assistant referees watching for offsides and helping the referee.
- 2 VAR officials reviewing controversial moments from the VAR room.
- 2 commentators calling the action together from the commentary booth.
- Up to 6 photographers competing to capture the best shot of the match.
- Up to 10 fans cheering from the stands with drums, flags, flares, and whatever else they can get their hands on.
One friend can award a penalty while another reviews it on VAR. Two commentators talk through the controversy, photographers hunt for the best angle on the celebration, and the crowd goes wild. You're all inside the same live match, each experiencing it from a completely different perspective.
Paper planes in the stands
Spectators have a new toy: pick up a paper plane and launch it from the stands. It flies with custom physics, and the folds can vary slightly from match to match.
Try to land yours on the pitch... and you might discover a few other things you can do with it.
