Announcement on Closing [Public] Multiplayer Lobby Option

To all U.R.C. agents, this is an emergency broadcast from HQ:
In recent days, the R&D Department detected significant security vulnerabilities in public multiplayer lobbies. Due to limitations in personnel and resources, we are unable to resolve the vulnerabilities immediately.
These vulnerabilities may lead to possible invasions in safehouses, a risk we deemed too dangerous. For agents' safety, U.R.C. is temporarily removing [Public] multiplayer lobby option, other multiplayer lobby options are not affected.
We hope that one day we may connect with each other again.
