On Hold v1.0.0 - Full Release

Clock in at Nimbus Telecom, survive your callers, keep your supervisor off your back, and find out how much worse the night shift can get.

• The full On Hold experience. Career progression, office events, upgrades, side hustles, Night Shift, and multiplayer Shift Race for up to six agents.
• Six complete voice packs. English, Simplified Chinese, French, Hindi, Spanish, and German each include 4,380 recordings, covering both agent voices and caller age variants.
• Choose your languages independently. Interface, subtitles, and voice audio can each use a different language. All six voice languages are available in Settings.
• Expanded translations. Apps, training, knowledge articles, career mail, achievement descriptions, and shift reports follow your interface language.
• More ways to build your own shift. Mod Studio supports compatible custom content and imported MP3, OGG, and WAV voices. Workshop discovery, download status, publishing retries, and preview imports have been improved. Custom mod trophies unlock locally.
• 83 Steam achievements. Earn the stock achievements across career and Night Shift. Offline unlocks reconcile with Steam, and failed activations retry while the game stays open.
• More reliable saves and Steam recovery. Atomic saving, backup recovery, and safer synchronization protect separate career slots and deleted slots. Starting Steam after the game refreshes multiplayer and Cloud availability.
• A smoother shift. Updated the desktop runtime and fixed canceled multiplayer connections, packet identity checks, lobby-code copying, tutorial positioning, satisfaction scoring, and connection-reset guidance.

Existing careers and language choices carry over.

Thank you to everyone who played during Early Access and helped shape On Hold.
