Big update - Phobos v1.35.1!

Features: - Added match settings! The host can change map size, number of infected, tasks, items, lockdowns, monster spawn rate, infected ability cooldowns, and more. - The map layout is now randomized each game! This means the position of existing rooms can change, AND we even have some new ones thrown in there to mix things up some more... - Added full key rebinding functionality to the settings menu! (So you can finally remap the push-to-talk key... and everything else). - Further improved voice chat with more realistic audio levels, reverb, and other effects! - You can now join a lobby from a Steam invite while the game is closed. - Moved the unstuck button from settings to the pause menu.

Balance changes: - Monsters no longer start chasing players during a lockdown, and any monster in the lockdown room gets teleported out. - Rigging an electric trap on a circuit breaker is now a hold instead of a press. - Crawlers called by Lure entity arrive a bit faster.

Fixes: - Fixed push-to-talk cutting off the start and end of sentences. - Fixed Lure entity always calling the Kid. - Fixed Lure entity being able to stack multiple calls on the same player. - Fixed the gun sometimes getting a bullet back when switching hands. - Fixed Sense entities not showing players hiding in lockers. - Fixed the artifact light turning off during a Power Surge. - Fixed Steam invites accepted during the startup screens not joining the lobby. - Fixed the loading spinner getting stuck on the lobby list. - Fixed hard-to-read player name on the Lockdown-Captain popup. - Fixed the round start overlay flickering when it first appears. - Fixed the cursor going behind player icons on the lockdown voting screen. - Fixed the voice chat mode setting not updating in the in-game settings menu. - Fixed voice chat not being affected by the master volume slider.
