Combining the charm of two major IPs, The Scroll of Taiwu and Realm of Ink, our ink-wash style online co-op looter-roguelike game — Realm of Taiwu — officially launches today!
Truth be told, the game in its current state has not yet reached what we envision as "perfect full release." Bound by constraints in development resources, time costs, and various other factors, we chose today to meet you all in the form of Early Access.
What kind of game is Realm of Taiwu in Early Access?
In terms of gameplay genre, it is a survivor-like looter game. In the game, you need to withstand waves of monsters, continually make choices from three random upgrades to grow stronger, and extract better gear so you can venture further into your next adventure.
In terms of overall style, thanks to the IP authorization for The Scroll of Taiwu granted by ConchShip Games, you will see familiar martial arts sects, the iconic Fuyu Sword Hilt, and even witness the formidable power of legendary Grade-1 Crickets!
Furthermore, the unique online co-op looter gameplay allows you to team up with friends to complement each other's weaknesses and rescue one another. With distinct roles and build synergies, you can divide tasks and tackle powerful foes together. You can even trade equipment with your friends to help each other out.
Over the next six months, we plan to continuously expand the game content while refining the core gameplay. We sincerely invite everyone to share your suggestions and feedback with us. We will pour our full effort into polishing the game during the EA stage to make it even more fun.
While practical constraints exist, our team has spared no effort to let everyone experience the charm of Realm of Taiwu as soon as possible. Thus, we decided to launch in Early Access first, placing the current experience directly into your hands, and looking forward to refining Realm of Taiwu together with you step by step.
