Update 2.0 Was Just the Beginning – New Achievements & More!

We're Moving Forward Right After Update 2.0!

Just one day after our big Update 2.0, the next update for Retail Rivals is already here!

This time, the focus is on a completely reworked statistics system, new voting events, more customization options, 20 new Steam Achievements, and further improvements to skins, loot boxes, the new map, and bots.

Statistics System Completely Reworked

The Statistics UI has been fully redesigned and now gives you much more useful information about your stores.

You can now see things like:

• What went well or badly over the last 7 days
• Which areas of your store are performing well
• Where problems are currently happening
• Compare your own stores directly
• Which products may be too expensive
• Which products currently have especially high demand

This makes it much easier to analyze your stores and adjust your strategy accordingly.

20 New Voting Events!

We've added 20 brand-new Voting Events!

This time, many of the new events focus on employee efficiency.

That means even more varied situations and decisions during each run.

20 New Steam Achievements!

Achievement hunters also get plenty of new content:

20 new Steam Achievements have been added!

They cover many different parts of Retail Rivals from sales and employees to sabotage, cosmetics, and larger economic challenges.

Some are quick to unlock, while others are designed to give experienced players something longer-term to work toward.

Good luck unlocking them all!

19 New Colors for Your Stores

You asked for more customization options, so we added them right away!

There are now 19 new color options for:

• Walls
• Floors
• Ceilings

This gives you even more ways to personalize your stores.

Skin UI Completely Reworked

The entire Skin Menu has also been rebuilt and cleaned up.

Alongside a clearer interface, several new features have been added:

• 2 additional loot boxes have now been fully added and can be found
• Basic and Premium Loot Boxes can now spawn correctly
• Duplicate loot box rewards can now be exchanged
• Cosmetic skins can now be fully previewed and selected
• Saved skins can now be selected and edited afterward

New Map Improvements

We've also fixed more issues on the new map.

• All stores now work properly again
• Stores involving escalators have been fixed and now work as intended

Bot Improvements

Our bots have received another round of improvements as well.

• Bots now have new emotes
• Fixed an issue where bots sometimes failed to deal with fires and other problems

This issue did not appear during our playtests, but could occasionally happen after release.
