Updated custom songs support, guitar feel and performance and stability!

This update focuses on custom songs, guitar feel, and overall performance and stability.

Custom songs:

• Better custom song support: You can now choose the import folder yourself and share it with other games, so you don't need duplicate copies of your song library.
• More accurate importer: special notes, like open notes and tempo changes, are now recognized much better, so imported charts play closer to how they were authored.

How to add a song folder:

• In Steam, right-click Rocking Legend, then Manage > Browse local files.
• Open the ‘UserContents’ folder and edit ‘SongFolders.txt’ (it is created the first time the game runs).
• Add the full path of your song folder on a new line, for example ‘C:/Users/Me/Documents/OtherGame/Songs’. Lines starting with # are ignored, and relative paths start from the UserContents folder.
• Restart the game: your songs will show up in the library.

Your files are read in place and never moved or modified so that you can point the game to another game's song folder.

Guitar:

• Fret anchoring on single notes: you can now keep lower frets held while strumming a single note, and it no longer counts as a mistake (no more halved combo or lost health). Chords still need the exact frets.

Performance and fixes:

• Performance and memory management improvements for smoother, more stable sessions, especially with large song libraries.
• Minor bug fixes, including menu button videos and the song loading popup in multiplayer.
