This is it! The final Early Access update before SEVERANCE 1.0
With the full release arriving next week on Monday, October 26th, v0.9.3.0 marks our final small push before the next HUGE update.
This update focuses on a handful of visual improvements, quality-of-life changes, and final adjustments as we prepare for the biggest update SEVERANCE has received yet.
Improvements
Improved Ghost Orbs
- Completely improved Ghost Orb visuals and movement.
- Orbs now leave a subtle ghostly trail as they float around.
- More natural movement with varying speeds and directions.
Evidence Tablet Improvements
- Redesigned and improved the evidence icons within the tablet's Evidence Selection screen.
Arcade Machine Improvements
- Updated textures and visuals for the Arcade Machine.
Quality of Life
In-Game Bug Reporting
- Added a new Bug Report tool, allowing players to report bugs directly to the developer.
- Accessible through the ESC Menu or the in-game Laptop.
All Equipment Now Unlocked
- Equipment is no longer locked behind player levels or one-time purchases.
- All equipment is now available to every player, regardless of level.

As we approach just 1 year in Early Access, we're finally closer the full release of SEVERANCE.
Update v0.9.3.0 is deliberately a smaller update. We've been putting our focus into 1.0, which will be a significantly larger release.
We're incredibly excited to finally share what we've been working on.
Thank you to everyone who has supported SEVERANCE throughout Early Access, whether you've been here since day one or only recently joined us.
