FAQ Common Issues & Fixes: Launch Errors, Performance, and Upcoming Updates
Hello everyone!
Thank you so much for playing our game and sharing your feedback!
We've noticed that some players have been experiencing launch errors, performance issues, and problems with game settings.
To help everyone have a smoother experience, we've put together answers to some of the most frequently reported issues, along with information about our upcoming fixes.
1. Game Won't Launch – "Fatal Error"
If you encounter a "Fatal Error" when launching the game, please try the following steps:
- Update your graphics card drivers to the latest version.
- Restart your computer after updating.
- Try launching the game again.
DirectX 12 (DX12) requires relatively up-to-date graphics drivers, so updating them may resolve some launch issues.
If you still encounter a "Fatal Error" after updating your drivers, please try selecting DirectX 11 (DX11) mode when launching the game.
2. About the "No Skill" Achievements
We've received some questions about how to unlock the "No Skill" achievements.
You can earn these achievements as long as you don't use any active skills with cooldowns while sorting.
You're still allowed to upgrade your skills and use abilities such as jumping. These actions will not prevent you from unlocking the "No Skill" achievements.
3. Low FPS or Stuttering
When you first enter the game, the game needs to generate and initialize the map and its contents. This process may temporarily cause low FPS or stuttering.
Performance should gradually improve as initialization finishes. In most cases, FPS should stabilize after approximately one minute of gameplay.
If you're still experiencing low FPS or stuttering, we recommend trying the following settings:
- Set Resolution Scale to around 70% in the graphics settings.
- Change Graphics Quality to Medium.
- If performance issues persist, try launching the game in DX11 mode.
These adjustments may help improve performance on your system.
4. Game Settings Are Not Saving
Currently, the game's settings menu uses an automatic save system.
To make saving your settings easier and more reliable, we plan to add a manual Save button in another update later today.
We've also identified an issue that may cause certain graphics settings to reset unexpectedly. We've found the cause and are working to fix it as soon as possible.
5. Controller Support
We understand that controller support is not yet fully optimized.
Some players using only a controller may experience issues such as being unable to select a map or confirm certain menu options.
We're aware of these problems and will work to improve controller functionality and fix the related issues as soon as possible.
6. Motion Blur and Motion Sickness
If motion blur makes you feel dizzy or uncomfortable while playing, please try the following steps:
- Open the game settings.
- Turn Motion Blur ON.
- Then turn Motion Blur OFF again.
This should ensure that motion blur is properly disabled.
We're also planning to introduce a Motion Sickness Reduction Mode in the next update, which should help make the game more comfortable for players who are sensitive to 3D motion.
Thank You for Your Support!
We'll continue listening to your feedback, fixing known issues, and improving the game's performance and overall experience.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support! If you encounter any other problems, please feel free to let us know in the Steam Discussions.
Happy sorting!
