Hello cabin folk and welcome to Cabin Carnage!
This update features an in-game halloween event along with several other new things...
Halloween Event!
This event will last for several weeks. It includes finding the ghastly mutant rat which may appear anytime during gameplay and rewards anyone who manages to catch it! Goodie bags will also appear throughout the cabin, so collect them to win fun tricks 'n treats! The cabin is also completely decked out in halloween props!
New Event Card -
Stay in the Light!
The only objective is to survive until time runs out! It's pretty self-explanatory - just stay in the light!
4 New Progress Cards!
- The Traitor
- This card will only show up in multiplayer, but not every game... Prevents the 3rd and final clue from revealing itself, but will spare the life of the player holding this card at the end of the game. This card will only activate if left in the player's hand AND the 3rd clue hasn't already been revealed. Otherwise it plays as a normal progress card and nothing will happen.
The Sacrifice
- This card is also multiplayer only, but it will appear every game. Sacrifice your life at the end of the game to spare the life of another. This card will only activate if left in your hand at the end of the game . This card is defective if another player is holding The Traitor card.
Random Board Effect
- 1 of 4 random table effects will happen:
- Lose 30 minutes
- Gain 30 minutes
- Graveyard wipe
- Move the visitor piece back 30 minutes
Random Turn
- When you play this card, the next turn will be a random player.
New cosmetics have also been added to the store! Some other minor changes include:
- Updates to the Feeling Small puppet
- Sparky's light is a little less snappy
- Vomit pill bottles will emit a sound when near them
There weren't a whole lot of bug fixes in this update because of the rush to get the Halloween event finished in time. Bug reports, feedback, and ideas are still being noticed and will come in future updates!
