v1.7.0: big performance boost and few improvements

It's been a long time I'm struggling with performances issues and I think this version should noticeably improve things! Of course I wasn't able to test on all hardwares, so please do not hesitate to tell me if you still encounter issues.
CHANGELOG: Improvements:
- Big performance boost!
- Pyromaniac flames now go through enemies
- Once unlocked, the Crypt room will now always be visible and will allow you to keep an item between runs
- Improve the display and performances of the Glitch item
- Adjust a bit the Offended Gods and Death difficulties
- The Fairy boss is now a Phoenix one Fixes: - Fix several issues/crashes on some hardwares - Fix an issue with missing font characters on some devices
