Co-Op Multiplayer is NOW LIVE! + Custom Survivors Update

MAJOR UPDATE: CO-OP MULTIPLAYER IS LIVE!

Survivors, we have another massive update for you today!

When we launched Multiplayer Races, we loved seeing you compete for the top score. But we know the apocalypse is dangerous to face alone. Today, we are incredibly excited to announce that Co-Op Multiplayer is officially LIVE!

There is no need to opt into a beta branch; this update is already integrated into the default game. Just update Zomdied, boot it up, and invite your squad.

CO-OP SURVIVAL: FIGHT TOGETHER, DIE TOGETHER

It's time to team up. You can now host and join Co-Op lobbies to face the undead horde as a unified squad. Watch each other's backs, share your scavenged loot, and fight to survive "The Turning" together.

In Co-Op, your success is measured by your combined Team Score . But be careful, if the entire party wipes, the run is over. Grab your friends, coordinate your loadouts, and see how long your squad can last and who is the top scorer!

CUSTOMIZE YOUR ULTIMATE SURVIVOR

We are completely overhauling how you choose your character! We have removed the 4 pre-selected classes in favor of a brand-new, fully customizable RPG progression system .

• Level Up & Allocate Stats: Earn XP across your runs to level up your global player profile. Use your unspent points to customize your base stats, invest in Health, Energy, Speed, Stealth, Vision, or Hearing to fit your exact playstyle.
• Unlock Specializations: As you complete in-game objectives, you'll unlock powerful new Traits (like Medic, Power Hitter, or Sneaky Sneak ) to equip in your loadout.
• Custom Colors: Want to stand out in the multiplayer lobby? You can now fully customize your survivor's colors ( Body, Head, Outline, and Accents ) to give yourself a unique look in the wasteland!

WHAT'S NEXT: TUTORIALS & PvP

We are constantly looking at the roadmap and listening to your feedback. Here is what is currently in the works for upcoming patches:

• A Better Tutorial: We are actively working on a revamped, much better tutorial experience to help new survivors learn the ropes, understand crafting, and master combat kiting before facing the real horde.
• PvP Mode: You asked for it, and it's officially on the way! Soon, the zombies won't be the only lethal threat in the wasteland.
