A Developer Update on Early Access

Hello,

I have been carefully reviewing the feedback, bug reports, and criticism shared since the Early Access launch of Colonies of The Remnant.

I understand that the game in its current state has not met the expectations of many players. There is significant work to be done regarding performance, gameplay systems, user interface, balancing, and mechanics that are not explained clearly enough.

Rather than addressing these issues only through minor fixes, I have started re-evaluating the systems that require more substantial improvements.

Throughout Early Access, bug fixes, performance improvements, and gameplay updates will be released regularly. Balance, interface, and core systems will be improved based on player feedback, and parts of the game that are not working well enough will be reworked where necessary.

My current priority is to address the reported critical issues one by one and strengthen the game’s foundations. The contents of each update will be shared through detailed patch notes when the update is released.

Thank you to everyone who has purchased the game, played it, and shared their thoughts. I take all feedback seriously, including negative criticism.

Development of Colonies of The Remnant will continue. I will keep sharing information about the work being done and the changes made to the game throughout the process.
