Major Update 0.2.2: In-Game Store Is Now Open

Hello Plague Doctors,

Major Update 0.2.2 is now live.

This update introduces an important new system for Devil of the Plague: the in-game purchase system is now active.

This system is an important foundation for the future of the game and will allow us to support new cosmetic content, store improvements, and future Steam-related systems more reliably.

With Update 0.2.2, new premium cosmetic items are now available in the in-game store.

New Premium Cosmetics

The in-game store now includes 5 new premium cosmetic items:

• Aureus Cloth

• Love Doctor Cloth

• Magic Doctor Cloth

• Elite Mask

• Fire & Snow Mask

These items are focused on character customization and allow players to personalize their Plague Doctor with new robes and masks.

Dungeon Collectibles Are Now Available

Dungeon collectibles have also been added with this update.

Players can now search the Dungeon map for hidden Bird Skull collectibles. Explore carefully, check suspicious corners, and get close enough to discover them.

Find all hidden Bird Skulls in the Dungeon map to unlock the Turkish Shaman Robe.

Castle Collectible Fixes

We have also fixed issues reported by players with some Castle collectibles.

Thank you to everyone who reported these spots and helped us improve the collectible system. Castle collectible interactions should now feel clearer and more reliable.

Localization Improvements

Update 0.2.2 also includes localization improvements.

• Improved Korean localization

• Updated several supported languages

• Fixed and improved various localization-related issues

Performance Improvements

We have made small performance improvements across the game to improve overall stability and provide a smoother gameplay experience.

Purchase & Backend Service Improvements

We have improved the purchase flow and backend services connected to the in-game store.

These improvements help make the store system more stable, reliable, and ready for future content updates.
