NEW PATCH 0.05.007 IS LIVE! AMD Crash fixes and more

We are continuing to fix bugs while adding more accessibility and quality-of-life improvements. If no critical issues arise after this update, the next patch will focus more heavily on new gameplay features.
AMD FSR Frame Generation Crash
Most importantly, we have resolved the crash associated with AMD FSR Frame Generation. If this issue previously prevented you from launching the game, it should now start normally after updating. There is no need to delete your settings save file.
We have temporarily disabled FSR Frame Generation while we investigate the cause of the crashes. FSR itself remains available.
OPTIONAL CENSORSHIP
For streamers and content creators, we have added a new censorship option that prevents unwanted exposure from Ghouls. You can find it in the General Settings menu.
FOV option and first person rendering
We have also changed how the first-person view is rendered. Character arms are now rendered separately, preventing them from clipping through nearby walls. You can also adjust your field of view between 80 and 110. The previous default was 90.
Spectator mode update
Spectator Mode can now be switched between first-person and third-person perspectives by pressing Space. The third-person camera does not have camera shake.
Of course, the update also includes plenty of bug fixes and balance changes.
Flare guns actually deal damage now?! Stun grenades explode earlier?! More husks with head?! Enemy ressurection depends on player count?!
