Iron Pact

Construction update: materials now have their own space

AlexMog

The game had two massive bugs: the Doomsday Silo couldn't be built with its 50 storage, and a city's population could grow past its storage. This update fixes both, and it's live now.

Construction stock

Materials delivered for a new building, an upgrade or a restoration now go to the building's construction stock, which is kept apart from its storage. Restoring a destroyed building charges your credits when it starts. After that it waits for its materials like an upgrade and files supply requests for them. Canceling refunds all the credits.

Other fixes

  • Restoring a destroyed building charges your credits when it starts. After that it waits for its materials like an upgrade and files supply requests for them. Canceling refunds all the credits.
  • Goods listed for sale are held apart from the building's storage until the listing closes. If the building is destroyed or demolished, the listing closes and its goods go into the wreck.
  • Residents of your headquarters and cities no longer take up storage space. Their housing cap limits them instead.

Thanks to everyone who reported these on Discord.

See you on the map, commanders!
