IronFlux is in Steam Next Fest: the free demo is live
IronFlux is part of Steam Next Fest, October 19–26. The free demo is live right now, so this is the best week to try it.
What's in the demo
- Basic Training: three missions that teach the controls, the economy and how to take a Monolith.
- Skirmish against the AI on hand-built maps or generated ones in nine terrain styles, for 2 to 8 commanders. Set teams, start positions, colours, army size and bot difficulty for each seat.
- Ascendancy and Annihilation, plus optional Horde Attacks from the moon's native creatures.
- All three factions: the Cindral Vanguard, the Zephyrine Court and the Pelagic Choir: the anvil, the knife and the chorus.
- Online multiplayer with friends: host a match through Steam and share a join code or invite friends, up to 8 players. Matches are with friends; there's no public matchmaking.
- Land, sea and air: build an economy from metal and energy, siphon Flux, raise shield domes and upgrade your structures.
- Watch All Bots: set up any battle and watch the AI fight it out at up to 16x speed.
- 31 languages and a full Getting Started guide in the game.
The demo doesn't end with the fest. It stays free until IronFlux 1.0 and gets updated alongside the full game. The full game is coming soon.
