Important Notice : Save Wipe Required for the Dog Update

Hello survivors,

A quick but important notice before the next update.

Because of the new Dog Companion system and the changes made to its persistence, progression, storage, and save data, a save wipe will be required.

Unfortunately, existing saves will not be fully compatible with the new version.

This means that after the update:

• Existing progression will be reset
• Player inventories and stored progression will start fresh
• Dog progression and storage will start from the beginning
• A new save will be created with the updated systems

I know wipes are never ideal, and I try to avoid them whenever possible, but this one is necessary to prevent save conflicts, duplicated data, or broken progression with the new companion system.
