OKTORAID Updated!
A new update for OKTORAID is live.
Huge thanks to everyone who played and left feedback. I read every single comment and tried to act on as much of it as I could in this update.
This isn't really a small patch — it's the first demo update since August, so everything I've done since then lands at once.
In this update:
- The power cable is a real weapon now. The cord running between the two operators hits robots and shocks them. Standing close isn't just a damage bonus any more.
- The game fills your screen. Fullscreen is the default, and there's a UI size setting in the ESC menu — so it stays readable on a big screen or a TV.
- Waves have a shape: pressure at the opening, a climb through the middle, room to breathe at the end.
- The market pays attention to your build and offers items that actually fit it more often.
- Burning, freezing and poisoned robots now look like it on screen.
- Playing solo, the build menu sits in the middle of the screen, clipped text is fixed, and a pile of bugs is gone.
OKTORAID is still in development, and I want the game to be in the best shape it can be — especially before Next Fest .
If you've played before, I'd really love you to give the updated demo another look. And if this is your first time, tell me what you think. I read every piece of feedback, and it genuinely decides where the game goes next.
Thank you
See you in the arena!
