I checked Steam this week and had to look at the number twice.
Over 1,000 people have added the OKTORAID demo to their library, and the game just hit its first 100 wishlists.
I make OKTORAID alone. The sprites, the robots, the chiptune, the split-screen code — all of it is one person and a lot of late nights. So a thousand of anything was not a number I expected to see next to my own game.
The demo is Chapter 1. What comes after it is more chapters, more operators, more items, and the rest of what happens when the machines get organised. There is a lot left to build.
If you downloaded it, thank you. If you played a run with someone sitting next to you, thank you more — that is the whole reason this game exists.
The demo is free . If you like what is in it, a wishlist is the thing that tells Steam to show the game to people like you.
