S.O.N.A.R. Demo is Live for Steam Next Fest!
Ahoy, Submarine Operators!
We are beyond thrilled to announce that S.O.N.A.R. - Submarine Operators Not Actually Ready is participating in Steam Next Fest, October 19th to 26th. If you've been itching to see how well you and your crew handle underwater chaos (or utter disaster), now is your chance to dive in.
Here is what is waiting for you in the official Steam Next Fest demo:
- Brand New CoOp Mission: Experience a brand new mission not available before, built specifically for 1-4 players in coop mode. Coordinate with your crew, slap some sense into your teammates, and try not to sink!
- Single Player Tutorial & Training Stations: Need to learn the ropes? Jump into our tutorial featuring dedicated training stations to master the basics before heading to the seafloor.
- Progression & Customization: Unlock uniforms, weapons, food and hats as you play, giving you a taste of the gameplay progression you'll see in the full release.
The Final Countdown: Launching October 29th!
The clock is ticking down to our official launch on October 29th. As a small indie team, getting the word out means everything to us. If you enjoy the demo, adding S.O.N.A.R. to your Steam Wishlist is a massive help and ensures you won't miss a beat when we set sail later this month.
Changelog S.O.N.A.R. Demo v0.9.44.0
- Navigation station reworked to show a geographical view complementing the mission map view
- Improved Weapon Station that can now launch a decoy to evade enemy torpedoes
