Combat Focus: Synergy Skills

Greetings, Heroes,

In combat, your squad’s skills are key. But when the battle gets a little tricky, you have an extra weapon to rely on: synergies. These powerful abilities, unique to each character, will help your entire team triumph over your enemies.

THE SYNERGY GAUGE

Before you can use this power, you must first fill the synergy gauge, which is shared across the entire team. In combat, certain actions help build it up, such as defeating enemies, but also by supporting your squadmates with buffs or healing.

Once the gauge is full, you can activate one of your character’s synergy abilities to turn the tide of battle.

UNYIELDING ROAR

Roar and stomp the ground, increasing the Protection of all heroes by +10 for 1 Round and cleansing all reduced Protection.

AURTA

HELKA’S THUNDERWAVE

Conjure thunderclaps around all heroes, dealing damage to all enemies within a 5-unit radius around each hero.

CEDWIN

SKY FLARE

Shoot a blinding flare into the sky that has a 50% chance to randomly Stun enemies for 1 Round.

MYRIA

EXPOSE WEAKNESSES

Point out faults in the enemies' defenses, increasing damage dealt by all heroes by 15%, increased against Isolated enemies to +100% for 1 Round.

VESHI

CONFLAGRATION

Call forth the wrath of Kellos, dealing damage and applying Holy Blaze and 2 stacks of Burning to all enemies for 3 Rounds.

FINNIEL

GUARDIAN SPIRIT

Call forth a guardian spirit to protect all heroes for 1 Round, healing them and Reinvigorating them for 3 Rounds. Every time a hero is attacked, heal them and all adjacent allies.

NOMHARR

TERRORIZING HOWL

Let out a terrifying howl at all enemies, reducing their Protection by -100% and Dazing them, both for 1 Round.

ARLO

SUPER SPECIAL SECRET RECIPES

Share one of Arlo's special potions with all heroes, healing them and cleansing all of their Negative states, healing them an additional time for each state cleansed.
