Halloween Event | Hotfix & QoL Update

This update brings several fixes, quality-of-life improvements, and additional content to our ongoing Halloween Event, Thinning of the Veil.

Fixes

• Addressed performance issues affecting the new Halloween Headquarters.
• Fixed several crashes related to the laptop interface and various UI transitions.
• Fixed an issue causing all locations to appear as active Halloween Event maps, regardless of the current event rotation. Map rotations are now in order, as seen on our previous Event News page.

Quality of Life

• Protective Fire: The HQ's protective fire will now turn purple upon completing the Halloween Event progression, providing a visual indication of your accomplishment.
• Leaderboard Updates: Halloween Event leaderboard scores will now update immediately after Protective Crystals are added to the HQ fire.
• Time of Day: Added Time of Day adjustments to your new HQ - this will allow the host to pick the time of day, to create the ambience they're looking for.
• Trick-or-Treating Indicator: Hosts can now enable or disable a Trick-or-Treating icon for their lobby in the Session Browser. Players currently on a Trick-or-Treating cooldown will see the icon faded, making it easier to identify available opportunities at a glance.

Halloween Event

• Added additional unlockable rewards for the Thinning of the Veil Halloween Event in the Cosmetic portion of the Laptop Shop. These include: - 4 female and 3 male costume unlocks - 2 Halloween Box Truck Skins - Unisex "Boo-ty" pants - 2 Halloween 2026 Hoodies
• Added additional unlockable rewards from last year's Halloween Event in the Collectors Vault
