Performance, Translations, NPC ragdolls & more

Hey Tourists!
The update is officially live! We spent the last month mostly working on improving performance, with a few other improvements and additions. More on it below.
Optimization & Performance
Performance was our priority for this release. After setting up an automated testing suite and upgrading to Unreal Engine 5.8, we went hunting for bottlenecks. We managed to double the framerate on our low-end test laptop ( with a GTX 1050Ti ), with substantial gains on mid-range rigs and better overall stability. Keep in mind that you still need at least a GTX 1000 series or equivalent (compatible DX11 or better) to run the game properly. Integrated graphics is not supported.
